Very useful set of a spoon rest and tea tidy featuring the beautiful Acanthus design by William Morris as part of Lesser & Pavey's William Morris Collection.

Spoon rest measures approximately: 23.5 cm x 9 cm (at widest point) 

Tea tidy measures approximately: 11.5 cm (at widest point) x 10 cm

Made of durable melamine. Soft brown - grey colouring for the leaves.

For hand wash, not recommended for a dishwasher or for use in a microwave. Not for use in direct contact with food.

Designed in 1875, Acanthus is one of William Morris’s most iconic patterns. Acanthus marked the beginning of a period in which Morris created large-scale designs for wallpaper.
