100% cotton cushion including inner duck feather pad featuring the charming Brother Rabbit design by William Morris in a red colourway with a cream background.

Cushion measures 17" x 17" and has a zip opening and piped edge. Made in England.

Duk feather inner pad also Made in England.

Design on both sides of the cushion.

100% cotton fabric, cover wash warm at 40 degrees, do not tumble dry.

Brother Rabbit was first produced by William Morris in May 1882 at his Merton Abbey works using the Indigo discharge method of printing. The birds and rabbits within the design were drawn by Philip Webb. The Brother Rabbit design is also known as Brer Rabbit and was named after a character in the Uncle Remus stories by J.C.Harris (1881) which William Morris would read to his young daughters Jenny and May.
