Daffodil was designed as a furnishing fabric in 1891 by John Henry Dearle (1859-1932) for Morris & Co. Willow Bough was designed by William Morris in 1887 and was inspired by the willow trees growing close to Kelmscott Manor his country home in the Cotswolds.
