Signare Blackthorn Filled Cushion 45 cm

Beautiful complete cushion featuring the Blackthorn design by John Henry Dearle (1859 - 1932) for Morris & Co.

Made by Signare, cushion comes with inner hollow fibre pad.

Measures approximately 45 cm x 45 cm (18").

Design is on both sides of the cushion cover and has a piped edge. Has a concealed zip closure.

Care instructions: wash at 30 degrees, do not tumble dry. Cover is made from 100% polyester.

We also sell this cushion as just a cover with no inner pad reducing postage costs particularly for overseas. 

Blackthorn was designed by John Henry Dearle for Morris & Co. in 1892 as a wallpaper. Dearle was Morris's apprentice, partner and design successor at the firm working for the company for 54 years.
